1. Scope of the Policy

This policy explains what data we collect when you use the SAHM platform and how we use and protect it.

2. What We Collect

Account data: your name, email and an encrypted password. Usage data: your subscription and its dates, account activity log, AI question quota, and the "since your last visit" memory (numeric facts about companies you visit, for change comparison). Your research content: notes, tool snapshots, boards, formulas, screens and watchlist — all private to your account and never shown to other users.

3. AI Assistant & External Processors

When you ask the AI Center, your question text plus the relevant company's data context (possibly including your notes on it) is sent to an external language-model provider defined in platform settings, to produce the answer. We never send your data to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and sessions for sign-in, and local storage for your preferences (dark mode, number formatting, toolbar state, language) — we do not use advertising tracking.

5. Retention & Deletion

We retain your data while your account exists. You can delete your notes, snapshots and boards yourself from inside the platform at any time, and request full account deletion by contacting us — it is removed within a reasonable period except what the law requires us to keep (such as purchase records).

6. Security

We follow reasonable security practices (password hashing, access restriction, secret API keys). No transfer or storage method is 100% secure, so please report any vulnerability you notice immediately.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data via support@sahm.finance. We may update this policy and publish the latest revision at the top of the page.
