1. Nature of the Product

SAHM subscriptions are digital services activated instantly, granting full access to all analysis modules and tools for their duration (monthly 30 days / annual 365 days).

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if both conditions hold: the serial has not been activated, or — if auto-activated to your email — you have not actually used any premium module. After 7 days, or after actual use, no refund is made, except for proven technical faults on our side that prevent use of the service and that we could not fix within a reasonable period.

3. What Refunds Exclude

Non-refundable: the remaining term of a used subscription, serials already activated, or requests because the content did not suit an investment decision — the platform is a research tool, not recommendations (see Terms & Conditions).

4. Request Procedure

Send to support@sahm.finance From the same purchase email: the order number, the serial, and the reason. We reply within 3 business days; upon approval the amount is returned via the original payment method within 5–14 business days depending on the payment provider, and the associated serial is cancelled.

5. Renewal

Renewal extends your subscription cumulatively and is non-refundable once its term begins, except per clause 2.
