1. Definition & Acceptance of Terms

The SAHM platform is a financial research and analysis service for companies listed on Arab markets. By using the platform, creating an account, or activating a subscription, you accept these terms in full; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Nature of the Service — Not Investment Advice

Everything the platform provides — data, financial statements, indicators, quantitative models, the financial story narrative, AI assistant answers — is for research, analysis and education only, and is in no way investment advice, a buy/sell recommendation, a target price or a fair value. Never base any investment decision on the platform alone; consult a licensed professional. You alone are responsible for your decisions and their outcomes.

3. Data Accuracy

We display data as received from its sources (imported statements, market data, public economic sources) and make reasonable efforts toward its integrity, without guaranteeing it is free of error, delay or omission. Derived indicators are computed with methodologies declared inside the tools, traceable via the "Explain This Number" tool.

4. Accounts & Subscriptions

Some modules are free while others require an active subscription (monthly 30 days or annual 365 days). The subscription starts upon activation and renewals extend the term cumulatively. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activity on your account, and for a valid email to receive activation and notifications.

5. AI Assistant

The AI Center generates its answers automatically from platform data and your notes, subject to a monthly per-user question quota. Answers may contain errors and must be verified, and they fall under the disclaimer in clause 2.

6. Acceptable Use

Prohibited: reselling or scraping platform data, sharing accounts or serials, attempting to bypass subscription gates or usage limits, or any unlawful use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any violating account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform's design, tools, methodologies and texts belong to us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your notes, boards and formulas, granting us an operational license to store and display them to you within the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any direct or indirect losses (including investment losses, lost profits or data) arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform.

9. Amendments

We may amend these terms, service features or prices; material changes are announced in the platform, and your continued use afterwards constitutes acceptance.
