How points & ranking work
A short, transparent guide to the SAHM analyst ranking — how points are earned, how the leaderboard is ordered, and how to climb it.
What are rank points?
Rank points are a single score that reflects your standing in the SAHM analyst community. The more points you hold, the higher you sit on the leaderboard. Points are cumulative — they are never reduced and never expire.
How do you earn points?
Points are awarded for winning the challenges and competitions held on the platform. When a challenge closes, the winner receives a badge and an amount of rank points added to their total. Winning a challenge is the only way points are earned.
Badges come with points
Every challenge win also grants you a badge alongside the points. Your badges appear on your public profile and on your account page, next to your score.
How is the ranking ordered?
Analysts are ordered by total points, highest first. Only analysts who have earned at least one point appear in the ranking — there is no place for a zero score.
How are ties broken?
When two analysts hold the same number of points, the one who reached that score first ranks higher. In short: earliest to reach the score takes the higher place.
Where do I see my standing?
Your rank and points appear on the Analysts ranking page, on your profile, and on your account page. The leaderboard also shows exactly how many points you need to reach the place directly above you.
Fair, and impossible to buy
Points reflect contribution and merit only. They cannot be bought, and they are not affected by your subscription plan or any payment. The ranking is deterministic and reproducible — the same points always produce the same order.
